Here at ALPS Legal our recruitment process is simple.

The aim is to ensure that we select the right people for the right role, to make sure that potential employees can demonstrate the ability to deal with our customers and their enquiries.

Most importantly, we want to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and consistently, whilst promoting equality and diversity within our recruitment and selection processes.

Our recruitment process consists of a 3-stage process.

Stage 2 – Let’s have a chat

Stage 3 – Come and see us and let’s get to know each other a little bit better

Let’s start with stage 1:
